Zafferano is our Four Seasons Hotel Baku fine dining Italian restaurant. Executive Chef Nicola Rossi, a native of Cremona, leads the Hotel’s culinary direction, bridging Central Italian classics with Azerbaijani influences. Highlights include handmade porcini and truffle ravioli, saffron risotto with short ribs, wood-fired pizza and Baku caviar, served in a light-filled dining room beneath vaulted ceilings.
Zafferano is inside Four Seasons Hotel Baku on Neftchilar Avenue, next to the Caspian seafront. The Italian restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:00 am, business lunch on weekdays, dinner from 6:00 pm and Sunday Sparkling Brunch from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
Zafferano’s dining room sits beneath vaulted ceilings in a light-filled space in Baku’s Old City (Icherisheher), giving it a warm, intimate feel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Through the summer months, the adjoining Eyvan Terrace extends that atmosphere outdoors for evening dining.
