Chef de Cuisine
Born into a family of established restaurateurs, Marcel Finsterer’s passion for the kitchen started at a young age. His excitement and curiosity lead him to explore the culinary arts around the world, where he fell in love with Asian cuisine. Inspired by the energy of the kitchen, Finsterer was fascinated by the heat and pressure and spent most of his free time in the restaurant. His natural talent for simple yet exquisite Asian dishes has inspired an incredible career, including time spent in two Michelin-starred restaurants. His ultimate goal is to transport guests through Sea Fu’s dishes, allowing them to experience the essence of Asian cuisine.
