RENOVATED ACCOMMODATIONS
All rooms and suites in the Resort have been extensively renovated with updated finishes and furnishings, while maintaining the authentic Hawaiian design of Hualalai. A new bungalow consisting of six oceanfront guest rooms including a suite with a private pool has been added to the existing guest rooms and suites.
Hawaii Loa Presidential Villa
The most prestigious accommodation at the Resort, this majestic two-story villa is housed in a stand-alone bungalow set directly on the oceanfront. Enjoy expansive indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces, complete with a spacious lanai featuring a private spa and sweeping views of the Pacific – a perfect location to watch the seasonal migration of Humpback whales.
Makaloa Villa
Exuding the comfort and ambience of a Hawaiian beach home, this versatile two-story villa offers a coveted, secluded location. Nestled among gardens at the edge of the ocean-fed, brackish (mix of salt and fresh water) Waiakauhi Pond, Makaloa Villa features luxurious furnishings and cultural artwork throughout the vast living space. An expansive lanai features a private pool, spa, hanging daybed swing and fire pit area, ideal for a multigenerational `ohana to enjoy.
Ho‘onanea Villa
Situated on a beachfront central location just steps from the relaxing waters of the Pacific, this expansive villa features ground-level accommodations with a second-level open living space and sun deck. A spacious indoor living and dining area lead to a furnished outdoor lanai boasting a private pool and spa. A luxurious daybed overlooks the pool, and a private firepit inspires evenings with cocktails to accompany a front-row view to spectacular Kona sunsets.
