With an international career spanning Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States, Bar Manaager Alexandre Renoue brings curiosity, creativity and craftsmanship to every cocktail at Bar Trigona. Inspired by his Corsican roots and shaped by experience at leading bars and Four Seasons properties, he celebrates local ingredients and heritage through thoughtful, playful drinks.
