Napa Valley offers captivating experiences year round, with each season bringing its own charm. Summer welcomes long, sunny days and events like Calistoga Concerts in the Park, Festival Napa Valley and the Resort’s 4th of July Barbecue. Harvest season, from September to November, is a vibrant time as the grape harvest fills the valley with celebrations. In winter, November to mid-January marks Cabernet Season, a quieter time to savour Napa’s renowned cabernet wines. From January to mid-March, the valley bursts with yellow mustard blooms, while spring, from March to May, features local events such as the Napa Valley Marathon and BottleRock Napa Valley.
Four Seasons Napa Valley is easily accessible from several major transportation hubs. The closest airport is Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS), located 20 miles (32 kilometres) and approximately a 35-minute drive away. San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Oakland International Airport (OAK) and Sacramento International Airport (SMF) are all about a 1.5 hour drive by car. For train travel, Suisun-Fairfield Station (40 miles/64 kilometres) and Santa Rosa North Station (30 miles/48 kilometres) offer convenient access. Vine Transit provides bus services throughout Napa Valley, with stops near the Resort. Popular routes include scenic drives from San Francisco via US-101 & CA-128, passing scenic vineyards through wine country or from Sacramento via I-80 and CA-128. There are two pools available to Resort guests, including an adults-only infinity pool, nestled amid Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards.
