Dining at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle celebrates authentic Pacific Northwest cuisine. Acclaimed local chef Kerry Sear returns to Four Seasons with his best-source philosophy – seeking out locally produced ingredients and working with organic growers, foragers and independent specialists. The Hotel’s signature restaurant, ART, celebrates the art of dining in a setting as thoughtfully designed as a work of art.

With floor-to-ceiling views of Elliott Bay and Puget Sound, ART provides four distinctive venues: the main dining room, offering the feel of an independent restaurant; the counter, for an interactive culinary experience; a private dining room for 24; and a lively cocktail lounge.

To enhance any occasion, the wine wall showcases an international collection with a focus on the finest Northwest selections from Washington State, Oregon and British Columbia. Seats 72, plus 25 at the counter and 24 in the private dining room.
