EXECUTIVE CHEFAt Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Chef Bruno Cerdan brings his North African roots and Spanish heritage to life through a globally inspired culinary style. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in fresh seafood, artisanal breads and inventive desserts. As Executive Chef, he oversees our 12 restaurants and bars, and leads a culinary team of 110 chefs. His approach balances visual elegance with bold, memorable flavours — reflecting a lifelong passion where food is both identity and inspiration.
