Executive Chinese ChefWith over three decades of culinary experience across highly acclaimed Chinese restaurants across Malaysia and Singapore, Executive Chinese Chef Alec Khoo has been at the helm of Jiang-Nan Chun since 2008. Born and raised in Penang, Malaysia, Chef Khoo presents Cantonese cuisine with award-winning culinary flair, crafting specially curated menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and flavours.
