: Transfers for the tour are not included in the rate and are arranged with our concierge team after finalizing the guided program.
Entrance fees to the venue are added to the guided tour rate after confirming the number of participants.
Luggage or large bags and eating or drinking (except for water) are not permitted at any of the sites.

EUR 25 per additional person is applied for groups with more than six people.
Excessive "out of the normal" clothing types such as swimming costumes, wedding dresses, carnival wear, etc., are not permitted at any of the sites.

: Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. You may then reschedule once at no additional cost, although venue ticketing restrictions may apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are considered as no shows and are therefore non-refundable.
