- FIT SEASON ATHENS
- It is the best time of the year to get fit with our signature workout. Combine strength training and cardio in a dynamic 30-minute program, improving your metabolic rates and increasing endorphin release. DURATION: 30 MINUTES TUESDAY & SATURDAY: 9:00 AM THURSDAY: 3:00 PM
- Morning Jog
- What better way to start your day than with an energizing jog within our premises. All levels are welcome as the pace will be medium to slow and the distance up to 5 kilometres (3 miles). The goal is to enjoy the view while moving. Duration: 45 Minutes FRIDAY: 9:00 AM
- Pilates Mat
- Designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture, mat-based Pilates focuses on core muscles, arms and legs to enhance body tone and control, as well as build lean muscle mass. Duration: 30 Minutes THURSDAY & SUNDAY: 9:00 AM MONDAY & FRIDAY: 3:00 PM
- Yoga
- A combination of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga helps you relax both your body and mind. All levels are welcome. Duration: 60 Minutes MONDAY & WEDNESDAY: 9:00 AM TUESDAY & SATURDAY: 3:00 PM
- DIATASIS
- Diatasis is the ancient Greek word for “stretching.” In this gentle guided session, you’ll flow through a series of deep stretches, targeting major muscle groups, paired with mindful breathing techniques to enhance relaxation. DURATION: 15 MINUTES MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY & SUNDAY: 12:00 noon
- GRAMMOSIS
- Grammosis is the ancient Greek word for “lean.” It is a quick and effective core workout, designed to strengthen and tone your entire core. Perfect for all fitness levels, this express class will leave you feeling energized and strong. DURATION: 15 MINUTES TUESDAY, THURSDAY & SATURDAY: 12:00 noon
- WOD
- Inspired by CrossFit, our Workout Of the Day will challenge you with different exercises performed at relatively high intensity. Duration: 30 minutes Wednesday: 3:00 pm
- SOUND HEALING
- Allow your body and mind to rest and your chakras to be cleansed by receiving healing vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls and other musical instruments. Research shows that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a relaxed, dream-like state. Duration: 30 minutes SUNDAY: 3:00 PM

- Dance Lessons

- It’s All Greek To Me
- Have fun while learning some basic Greek words and sentences – good enough to help you make new friends here and order your souvlaki like a local. Duration: 30 minutes Tuesday: 11:00 am Location: Tennis Lounge
- Cali-Teens
- Learn the fundamentals of calisthenics, which originates from the Greek words “Kalos” (beautiful) and “Sthenos” (strength). This form of exercise uses your body weight for resistance and teaches you how to lift, balance and stretch your own body. Duration: 30 minutes Sunday: 11:00 am Location: Nafsika Gym
