Chinese Chef, Far & EastChinese Chef Wong Chin Sheong hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Specializing in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines, Chef Sheong developed a deep appreciation for fresh, simple ingredients from an early age. Trained in the art of Chinese wok cooking, he brings a unique and playful approach to his culinary creations.
