To ensure food safety, the Hotel commits:

  • To provide training programs on safe food production, hygiene, and sanitation to improve the employees’ competencies in food safety, to produce food in a healthy and hygienic environment, and thereby to adopt an approach that promotes Food Safety at all times,
  • To use effective internal and external communications while implementing the Food Safety Management System,
  • To adopt a preventive approach toward avoiding the food safety risks that may arise during food-related activities, to ensure the continuity of the Food Safety Management System practices,
  • To guarantee quality and safe food production through continuous improvements and enhancements in line with the Food Safety Management System goals and consumer satisfaction efforts.
