If ocean conditions permit, departure will be from the Resort's beach. In the event of rough seas, complimentary private transportation in an SUV or similar will be provided to the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Larger groups will need to rent a Sprinter Van at an additional cost of USD 120.

Cancellations received more than seven days before the activity will get a 100% reimbursement. The activity will be fully charged if it is cancelled less than seven days before the date of the scheduled activity or if there is a no-show. All excursions are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel schedules or activities due to weather conditions.
