As Executive Chef of Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, Yoric Tièche oversees all the restaurants and banquet functions at the Hotel. Originally from Aix en Provence, Chef Tièche draws his inspiration from his Provençal roots. Awarded one Michelin star, his elegant and contemporary cuisine offers the best of the Mediterranean and Provençal regions.

Treat yourself to a full day at Club Dauphin, where you can unwind on a sun lounger by our heated seawater infinity pool, overlooking the Mediterranean. For lunch, indulge in our snacking menu, featuring a selection of fresh salads and gourmet sandwiches.

La Lanterne du Cap, A Limited-Edition Easter Egg
To celebrate Easter, Pastry Chef Pierre-Jean Quinonero joined forces with Nicolas Lambert, Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach to create this dessert. Resting on a hazelnut chocolate base reminiscent of the Riviera cliffs, the creation evokes a lantern – a tribute to the Cap-Ferrat lighthouse, guiding sailors towards the port of Saint-Jean. Nestled within chocolate waves lies a melting gianduja heart, a blend of Piedmont hazelnuts and cacao, hiding a hazelnut and Menton lemon confit – all topped with a touch of orange blossom and carefully selected pistachios for a true ode to the region’s flavours.
