Day in the Rainforest

Overview

Set off with friends or family on an adventure through volcanic mountains, past the Continental Divide to the evergreen side of the country. You'll curate a day for yourself with our expert guides, selecting from activities such as horseback riding with a two-time lasso champion and gliding down a sparkling blue river.

Things To Know

: All levels of experience are welcome.
For the hanging bridges, guests must be able to complete an easy-level hike of at least 3 kilometres (2 miles).
For Tenorio National Park, guests must be able to complete an intermediate-level hike of at least 3 kilometres (2 miles).
For horesback riding at Costa Rica Hacienda and tubing in Rio Celeste, guests must be 7 years or older to participate.
For tubing, maximum weight is 100 kilograms (220 pounds).
: The rate covers two people; additional participants may be added for USD 450 per person, up to 20 people total.
Guests are able to customize the experience by choosing two of the following: Tubing in Rio Celeste, Hanging Bridges, Botanical Experience, Costa Rican Hacienda, Tenorio National Park.
The drive from the Resort is 1.75 hours each way.
Price is subject to 13% tax.

: A 24-hour cancellation policy will apply to trips respectively made prior to arrival and during guest stay. Any cancellations within these hours or no shows will be charged at full rate.
