Featuring natural sugar alternatives like white crystalline date sugar and coconut sugar, each treat is crafted to delight without compromise. From velvety date cake to light pistachio-and-raspberry mousse, every bite is a guilt-free masterpiece, perfectly paired with your choice of tea, coffee or champagne. Join us for a Ramadan experience inspired by Al-Kindi, the "Philosopher of the Arabs," who taught that true harmony lies in balance. At Penrose Lounge, indulge in a thoughtfully curated Iftar menu that blend sweet and savoury delights, complemented by an elegant selection of signature Ramadan beverages. The glittering terrace, with its view of Burj Khalifa, offers the perfect setting to embrace the spirit of Ramadan under the crescent moon. With a view of the crescent moon above the world’s tallest tower, the intimate botanical terrace of Penrose Lounge offers a setting for moments of connection that flourish late into the evening. The sounds of the oud evoke timeless Arabian melodies, while the dishes celebrate the rich flavours of the Middle East. Three-course sharing menu with live oud music from 9:00 pm onwards from Monday to Saturday. AED 225 per person.
