Embracing new challenges and constantly seeking to enhance his culinary expertise, he now brings his visionary approach to the Michelin-selected MINA Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai DIFC. Here, Rami delights guests with his innovative, refined creations, offering a fresh and inspiring take on familiar flavours that are sure to captivate and impress.
