Stress Management Meditation: Begin with a foot soak while you are guided though a brief meditation, followed by a leg and foot treatment including a Thai herbal infused poultice. 30 minutes, AED 450 per person.
Full Body Thai Mat Massage: This traditional Thai massage, inspired by yoga and reflexology, is a specialized oil-free treatment consisting of slow, rhythmic compressions and stretches along your body’s energy lines. Performed on a mat, it incorporates the use of thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows and feet to expertly apply pressure and deep stretching. 60 minutes, AED 700 per person.
