With a lifelong passion for pastry, Chef Nicolas Lambert brings unparalleled expertise to Four Seasons Hotels Dubai. Raised in a family of French artisans, he honed his craft under industry legends. From Michelin-starred kitchens in Hong Kong to award-winning leadership in Russia, he’s earned accolades such as Pastry Chef of the Year 2022 by Gault & Millau and Asia’s Best Pastry Chef by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. Inspired by the coastal elegance of the French Riviera and the delicate geometry of traditional Arabian lanterns, this intricately designed chocolate egg glows from within – an ode to cultural heritage and shared celebration.
