As Camp Chef at Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Chef Ning is on a mission to redefine Thai dining, ingeniously fusing local ingredients with global culinary trends to present guests with unparalleled gastronomic experiences.

New Year’s Eve in the Golden Triangle
Ring in the new year in the bamboo jungles of the Golden Triangle. Watch the sun set at Burma Bar with cocktails and canapés in hand, then watch as the flavours of northern Thai, Burmese and Laotian cuisines come alive in a course-wise menu at Nong Yao. End the evening by the river with desserts set up in a Lanna Kard Mua– or local northern market–style. With a live band, Thai performances and countdown games, a New Year’s Eve to remember awaits.
