Upon arrival at the airport or train station, be chauffeured to the West Lake Pier, where you'll board a traditional wooden boat for a cruise to our Hotel. Journey from the main lake into its western reaches, a secluded area only a skilled boatman can navigate. Check-in formalities are seamlessly arranged, and as you arrive at the hotel pier, receive an offering of Longjing tea grown in the surrounding hills – a classic Hangzhou touch – before being escorted to your rooms.
