Blackout dates include the Chinese New Year period; dates will vary by year. Half-day meeting package includes four hours in an event venue, morning or afternoon refreshments, a set lunch menu, standard conference amenities, LCD projector with screen and two microphones. Half-day meeting packages requires a minimum of 20 attendees.
