Hailing from India, Sudha Nair is a certified naturopath doctor with more tha 20 years of experience in naturopathy, yoga and meditation. Transformational yoga with breathwork
- Asanas, the physical postures of yoga, have the immense potential to transform both your body and mind. Yogasanas are subtle processes that manipulate your energy.

Even without moving a limb, focus on the nadis (subtle energy channels) or use appropriate mantras. - Ananda mandala chakra meditation is a powerful meditation technique that combines rhythmic breathing with successive meditations on each of the chakras.
