The Heart of the Earth Spa is inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh, Vietnam’s most renowned Zen expert and peace activist. He teaches the awareness that we are not separate from the earth but one with her – able to improve harmony between humanity and the planet by mindfully connecting to her rhythm.
