September marks two truly unmissable dining events, starting with three incredible nights at Caprice from September 18 to 20. Each evening will feature five guest chefs and one guest pastry chef from Four Seasons’ highly acclaimed global portfolio of restaurants, meaning that no fewer than 18 stellar culinary talents will join Caprice’s Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot in crafting one dish each across seven-course dinner menus. In addition, famed cheese refiner Bernard Anthony and his son Jean-Francois, with whom Caprice has been working since opening in 2005, will present unique cheese buffets where guests interact with the world-renowned experts and curate their own selection.
