In response to this lifestyle shift, three-Michelin-starred restaurant Caprice is pleased to introduce the Refined Power Dinner, a carefully curated three-course experience designed for the discerning palate. Priced at HKD 2,980 per person, every dish combines modern dining with culinary artistry, and the meal can be completed in 90 minutes. The menu is a playful adaptation of global ingredients and flavours, distilled through the French techniques that reflect Chef Guillaume Galliot’s style and showcasing the creativity that defines Caprice. The menu is dynamic, featuring seasonal dishes that promise a fresh and exciting experience with every visit.

The Hotel’s 20th anniversary celebration continues to flourish at ARGO on April 22 from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am with the second ARGO MegaFriends event of the year. The celebrated bar welcomes three acclaimed international venues for an exceptional night of boundary-pushing mixology: Milan’s Michelin-starred Moebius (#38 World’s 50 Best Bars), Oaxaca’s vibrant Selva (#31 N.A. 50 Best Bars) and Washington, DC’s innovative Allegory (#23 N.A. 50 Best Bars), promising an unforgettable celebration of cocktail craftsmanship alongside ARGO’s talented team.

The Lounge embraces spring’s essence of transformation with a reimagined afternoon tea experience, featuring elegant touches such as amuse-bouche, palate cleansers and table-side service. The arrival of spring is further celebrated through nature’s most anticipated delicacy – white asparagus from France’s Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region – available until April for lunch and dinner, with the option of fresh black truffle to enhance the seasonal treasure.

As spring reaches its festive peak, the Cake Shop transforms seasonal inspiration into artisanal Easter with creations by Executive Pastry Chef Ringo Chan. Available April 1 to 21, 2025, the handcrafted treasures include an Easter Afternoon Tea Takeaway for two (HKD 808), whimsical Easter Smash Chocolates in three varieties (HKD 650 each) and the signature Easter Garden Carrot Cake (HKD 1,160). Each creation celebrates spring’s playfulness and renewal.
