Experience authentic omakase at Sushi Ginza Onodera, our signature sushi restaurant. Specializing in Edo-style sushi, our chefs prepare Edomae omakase with premium seasonal ingredients sourced from local markets, Tokyo’s Toyosu Market and Hokkaido. Designed by STRICKLAND, the intimate 10-seat counter is crafted from 400-year-old Japanese cypress, while two private dining rooms provide a more private setting. Regional craftsmanship, from Bizen ware to Kiyomizu ware, complements each course overlooking our Shakusui-en pond garden.
