View My Dashboard

You can view your dashboard in three ways on the Preferred Partner website as soon as you log in and accept the Terms of Service:

  1. View your top performance metrics at the bottom of every page.
  2. Expand to view your top performance metrics and recent Achievements.
  3. Select FULL DASHBOARD to view all your performance metrics and recent Achievements.
  4. Minimize or close your dashboard when not in use.

 

Metrics & Data

Your performance metrics and Achievements are based on year-to-date reservations with a Preferred Partner IATA, a Preferred Partner Rate Code and your Advisor ID that have travelled (paid and stayed).

Every reservation must meet all of the following criteria to be included in your performance metrics and Achievements:

  • Must have a Preferred Partner IATA
  • Must have a Preferred Partner Rate Code
  • Must have an Advisor ID
  • Must have travelled (paid and stayed)
  • Must be for a leisure business segment

Reservations can be made through any Preferred Partner channel: Preferred Partner website, GDS, Worldwide Reservations or Property Reservations. Allow for one to five days following the guest check-out date for the reservation production to show on your dashboard.

The following reservations are NOT included in your performance:

  • Reservations for future dates that have not yet checked out
  • Cancelled or No-show reservations
  • Corporate Negotiated reservations
  • Group reservations
  • Wholesale reservations
  • Reservations with a Virtuoso, American Express or other partner program Rate Code
  • Reservations with any Rate Code that is not a Preferred Partner Rate Code

For Four Seasons Villa & Residence Rentals:

  • Reservations for the following Villa & Residence Rentals are included in all performance metrics and Achievements EXCEPT the Villa & Residence Rentals Revenue metric and Villa & Residence Rentals Revenue Achievement. Revenue for these Villa & Residence Rentals is included in Room Revenue:
    - Bora Bora Two- to Three-Bedroom Villa Estates
    - Hangzhou Three-Bedroom Governor, Ambassador and Presidential Villas
    - Maldives Private Island at Voavah
    - Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat Presidential Villa Rose-Pierre, Villa Clair Soleil and Villa Beauchamp
    - Los Cabos Three-Bedroom Beachfront Presidential Villa
    - The Ocean Club, Bahamas Villa Residences
    - Punta Mita Casa de la Luna, Arena Beach House, Coral Beach House, Casa del Sol and Casa Tesoro

For stand-alone Four Seasons Residential Rentals:

  • Stand-alone Residential Rental reservations are not included in performance metrics or Achievements

For Four Seasons Private Jet:

  • Private Jet reservations are not included in performance metrics (Room Revenue, etc.)
  • Private Jet reservations are included in the Four Seasons Private Jet Achievement
  • Private Jet reservations are not included in any other Achievement

Interpreting Your Dashboard Metrics

  • Dashboard aggregates reservations based on your individual Advisor ID and no other Advisor
  • Dashboard does not display reservations detail
  • All metrics and Achievements are displayed in USD
  • Dashboard metrics include year-to-date data only
  • Dashboard is refreshed daily with any new or updated reservations data
    - Allow for one to five days following guest check-out date for the reservation production to show on your dashboard
  • Select dashboard metrics display your year-to-date, year-over-year growth. Growth metrics are based on your year-to-date consumed reservations compared to your consumed reservations during the same time period last year.
    - For example, on April 1, 2024, your growth metrics will be based on your consumed reservations from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 compared to your consumed reservations from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023

 

Annual Updates

Every February, your dashboard will update to show your year-to-date reservations data for the new year and archive your reservations data for the year prior. Your reservations data for the year prior will show on your dashboard through the end of January, ensuring all your reservations are posted to ILLUME so you can review your full-year results before the annual update.

Data is refreshed daily with any new or updated travelled (paid and stayed) reservations data posting to ILLUME following the guest check-out (allow one to five days). For reservations that check in one year and check out in the following year, each night of the reservation production will be posted to the year in which it occurred.

  • Example: For a four-night guest stay that checks in on December 30 and checks out on January 3, you will see the room revenue from December 30 and 31 in the first year, and the revenue for January 1 and 2 in the subsequent year’s production after the guest checks out and the dashboard is updated to reflect the new year.

During every annual update, select performance metrics and Achievements will be reset, and other metrics and Achievements will be cumulative and reflect your production from January 1, 2023, our first year of ILLUME.

Below is a summary of the changes to your dashboard following the annual update in February:

  • All performance metrics except My Highest Rate, My Highest Room Revenue and Total Achievements reset to reflect your year-to-date reservations from January 1 of the current year.
  • My Highest Rate, My Highest Room Revenue and Total Achievements are cumulative and reflect your reservations data since January 1, 2023.
  • All Performance Achievements, the Properties Discovered Achievement, and the Trailblazer Achievement reset to reflect your year-to-date reservations from January 1 of the current year.
  • All Engagement Achievements, Globetrotter Achievements, Expert Achievements, and Dedicated Property Achievements are cumulative and reflect your reservations data since January 1, 2023. If you have already unlocked one of these Achievements, they continue to show as achieved on your dashboard.

Glossary

Performance Metrics

All performance metrics are YTD unless stated otherwise.

 

Room Revenue

Room rate revenue portion on all travelled (paid and stayed) reservations, for all room types. Important: This excludes Preferred Partner amenities (breakfast and credit) and any value-add package inclusions, taxes and fees. This metric displays your percent growth compared to the same time period last year.

Global Rank

Rank level based on Room Revenue compared to all global Preferred Partner Advisors (example: Top 1,000).

Regional Rank

Rank level based on Room Revenue compared to all Preferred Partner Advisors within the region (example: Top 1,000).

Average Rate

Room Revenue divided by total Room Nights on travelled (paid and stayed) reservations. This metric displays your percent growth compared to the same time period last year.

Reservations

Count of unique travelled (paid and stayed) reservations. This metric displays your percent growth compared to the same time period last year.

Average Length of Stay

Total Room Nights on travelled (paid and stayed) reservations divided by Number of Reservations. This metric displays your percent growth compared to the same time period last year.

Suite Revenue

Room Revenue for Suite room types on travelled (paid and stayed) reservations (Major Room Product = Suites, Specialty and Bungalows/Villas). This metric displays your percent growth compared to the same time period last year.

Number of Properties

Count of unique properties on travelled (paid and stayed) reservations. This metric displays your growth compared to the same time period last year.

My Lifetime Highest Rate

Highest Average Daily Rate achieved on a single travelled (paid and stayed) reservation since January 1, 2023.

My Lifetime Highest Room Revenue

Highest Room Revenue achieved on a single travelled (paid and stayed) reservation since January 1, 2023.

Lifetime Total Achievements

Count of total Achievements earned, including Achievements that are cumulative since January 1, 2023, and Achievements that reset annually as outlined in the Achievements section.

Villa & Residence Rentals Revenue

Room Revenue for Villa & Residence Rentals room types on travelled (paid and stayed) reservations (Major Room Product = Residential Guestrooms, Residential Suites, Residential Specialty and Residential Bungalow). *See exclusions below. This metric displays your percent growth compared to the same time period last year.

*This excludes the following Villa & Residence Rentals:

  • Bora Bora Two- to Three-Bedroom Villa Estates
  • Hangzhou Three-Bedroom Governor, Ambassador and Presidential Villas
  • Maldives Private Island at Voavah
  • Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat Presidential Villa Rose-Pierre, Villa Clair Soleil and Villa Beauchamp

ILLUME showcases your Four Seasons expertise through Achievements. Earn an Achievement for your individual performance and progress, for metrics beyond revenue.

Achievements celebrate:

  • Your engagement with Preferred Partner educational programs
  • Your specialization in geographic regions
  • Your business expansion into new destinations
  • Your Four Seasons product knowledge, and more

Achievements can also have multiple levels. Select an Achievement to view how far you are from reaching the next level.

Performance Achievements represent your key business metrics like Room Revenue, Suite Revenue, Villa & Residence Rentals Revenue, and more. Performance Achievements reset with each new year to reflect your year-to-date reservations data.

Engagement Achievements recognize your valuable time and engagement with our educational programming, including the Preferred Partner website, our Travel Pro webinar series, and the Preferred Partner Video Collection. Engagement Achievements, including special Engagement Achievements, are cumulative and reflect your engagement since January 1, 2023. 

Portfolio Knowledge Achievements showcase your business expansion into all properties and all geographic regions. The Properties Discovered and Trailblazer Achievements reset each new year to reflect your year-to-date reservations data and our most recent new property openings. Globetrotter Achievements are cumulative and reflect your reservations data since January 1, 2023.

Expert Achievements demonstrate your mastery of Four Seasons property collections and destinations. It takes one travelled (paid and stayed) reservation at every property or a minimum number of properties in a collection or region to unlock an Expert Achievement. Expert Achievements are cumulative and reflect your reservations data since January 1, 2023.

Dedicated Property Achievements are awarded when you have at least one travelled (paid and stayed) reservation at a property in our portfolio. You can earn a Dedicated Property Achievement for all 126+ Four Seasons hotels and resorts. Dedicated Property Achievements are cumulative and reflect your reservations data since January 1, 2023.

Important Information on Achievements

  • Achievement criteria and Achievement levels may change at any time.
  • Achievements may be added or removed without notification.
  • Select Achievements may reset at year-end, while other Achievements may be cumulative.
