Four Seasons Preferred Partner Advisor Rewards
2024 Book and Earn Program
Official Rules

This Program is open to sales advisors of Participating Agencies (as defined below) who are residents of Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, India, Mexico, Singapore, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States (collectively, the “Eligible Countries” and each an “Eligible Country”).  Participants must be over the age of 18 at the time of entry.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF EARNING A REWARD.

The Four Seasons Preferred Partner Advisor Rewards 2024 Book and Earn Program (the “Program”) consists of several short programs (each a “Book and Earn Program”) which begin at 12:01 a.m. EST on the start dates specified on https://preferredpartners.fourseasons.com/rewards/bookandearn (such website, the “Program webpage”, and each such date, a “Book and Earn Program Start Date”) and end at 11:59 p.m. EST on the end dates specified on the Program webpage (each such date, a “Book and Earn Program End Date”). Each such period commencing on a Book and Earn Program Start Date and continuing through the corresponding Book and Earn Program End Date is referred to herein as a “Booking Period”.  The Program is sponsored by Four Seasons Hotels Limited (the “Program Sponsor”).  The Program Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Program. 

1. How to Enter: All entrants that are sales advisors for Participating Agencies (“Participating Sales Advisor”) who are residents of an Eligible Country and are over the age of 18 at the time of entry will be eligible to enter each applicable Book and Earn Program.  Any Four Seasons Preferred Partner travel agency that assists with room and booking fulfillment for properties managed by the Program Sponsor or any of its affiliates (“Properties”) will be deemed a “Participating Agency”.  To enter a Book and Earn Program:

  • You must make reservations during the applicable “Booking Period” and your guest must stay at a Property during the applicable “Client Stay Period”, as such terms are defined on the Program webpage, such reservations to be considered “Qualified Reservations”.
  • You must book using a Preferred Partner Rate code AND your Four Seasons Advisor ID at the time each reservation is made for any of the Properties, whether you make the reservation through:
    • the Preferred Partner website (https://preferredpartners.fourseasons.com) - your Four Seasons Advisor ID will populate automatically when you log into your account and you must select a Preferred Partner Offer to ensure your reservation has a Preferred Partner Rate code;
    • the GDS - add your Four Seasons Advisor ID (e.g. FS123456) in the “SI Comments” field and you must book a Preferred Partner Rate code (PP6); or
    • the Four Seasons Worldwide Reservation Office – give your IATA number, Four Seasons Advisor ID and name to the Four Seasons’ reservation agent to ensure your Four Seasons Advisor ID and advisor profile are connected to the reservation and you must book a Preferred Partner rate code.
  • Your Four Seasons Advisor ID must be applied to new reservations at the time of reservation during the applicable Booking Period. The Program Sponsor will not manually add your Four Seasons Advisor ID to any past reservations, even if such reservations were made during the applicable Booking Period.
  • For reservations that check in prior to the applicable Client Stay Period and check out during such Client Stay Period (or for reservations that check in during the applicable Client Stay Period and check out after such Client Stay Period), once checked out, each night of the stay during the applicable Client Stay Period will qualify. Example: For a Client Stay Period that ends December 31, 2023 and a 4-night guest stay that checks in on December 30, 2023 and checks out on January 3, 2024, December 30 and 31 will qualify as during the Client Stay Period (and thus will count toward the applicable Book and Earn Program), and the stay from Jan 1 and Jan 2 will not qualify.

Eligible reservations do not include (a) reservations made using Virtuoso rate codes, AMEX rate codes or any other rate codes that are not Preferred Partner rate codes, (b) reservations without a Preferred Partner rate code, (c) group, negotiated corporate, negotiated extended-stay or wholesale reservations, or (d) reservations made by or on behalf of a Participating Sales Advisor’s family members or fellow advisor or employees at the applicable Participating Agency.  Eligible reservations will only include Qualified Reservations.  Any reservations made before or after the applicable Booking Period or nights where your guests stay before or after the applicable Client Stay Period will not count towards a Participating Sales Advisor’s total reservations for the applicable Book and Earn Program.  If a reservation starts before or extends beyond a Client Stay Period, only the nights that fall within such Client Stay Period will be counted.

Participating Sales Advisors may not pool reservations with other Participating Sales Advisors for any reason for the accumulation of actualized rooms revenue. If Program Sponsor determines that Participating Sales Advisors are pooling reservations Program Sponsor may (a) invalidate any rewards earned, and/or (b) disqualify the Participating Sales Advisor from participation in the Four Seasons Preferred Partner Advisor Rewards Programs or Promotions.

Each Participating Sales Advisor is only eligible to earn one (1) Personal Stay (as defined below) reward in total for each Book and Earn Program.  However, a Participating Sales Advisor that has also earned a reward in another Book and Earn Program is still eligible to earn a reward for subsequent Book and Earn Programs.  For greater certainty, a Participating Sales Advisor may earn no more than one (1) reward per Book and Earn Program entered into even if they achieved the applicable Booking Criteria (as defined below) multiple times.

By entering each Book and Earn Program, you agree that you have read and will abide by these Official Rules.  Participation in each Book and Earn Program is voluntary and does not require you to purchase anything from the Program Sponsor.  All entries must be received by the applicable Book and Earn Program End Date.  Submitted entries will not be acknowledged.  Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Program Sponsor.  All entries are subject to the Program Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. Reward: All Participating Sales Advisors who meet the booking criteria as set out on https://preferredpartners.fourseasons.com/rewards/ from Qualified Reservations placed using their Four Seasons Advisor ID and a Preferred Partner Rate code during the applicable Booking Period (the “Booking Criteria”) will earn a Personal Stay (as defined on the Program webpage ). The number of rewards awarded to Participating Sales Advisors for a particular Book and Earn Program will be determined based on the number of Participating Sales Advisors who are eligible under these Official Rules, enter such Book and Earn Promotion in accordance with these Official Rules and meet the applicable Booking Criteria (“Qualified Participating Sales Advisors”).

Where there is a choice of reward, no cash equivalent is provided if a Qualified Participating Sales Advisor chooses the lesser value reward. Airfare is not included.  Qualified Participating Sales Advisors will be solely responsible for all expenses not expressly described herein or on the Program webpage.  There are no age restrictions, unless outlined by the applicable Property, on any guests that accompany Qualified Participating Sales Advisors on the Personal Stay. The Program Sponsor does not guarantee that any particular dates will be available for the Personal Stay and Personal Stays are subject to availability, select dates may not apply.  The Program Sponsor reserves the right to request alternate dates from Qualified Participating Sales Advisors for the Personal Stay.  The Program Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled event or trip is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason (including but not limited to failure or delay in obtaining a valid visa (if required) by the Qualified Participating Sales Advisor) due to Qualified Participating Sales Advisor’s action or a force majeure event and the Qualified Participating Sales Advisors will not be reimbursed.  No changes to the Property or the date restrictions to take the Personal Stay are permitted for any reason except at the request of the Program Sponsor as set out herein.  Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting any ticket, voucher or certificate included in the reward, the Qualified Participating Sales Advisors agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by such ticket, voucher or certificate.  The Program Sponsor is not responsible if the Qualified Participating Sales Advisors do not use any ticket, voucher or certificate on the date such ticket, voucher or certificate is valid.  The Program Sponsor is not responsible if any Qualified Participating Sales Advisor  is unable to use any ticket, voucher or certificate on the date of such ticket, voucher or certificate on account of such Qualified Participating Sales Advisor’s inability to obtain a valid visa or comply with any requirements of law as may be applicable to such Qualified Participating Sales Advisor in respect of the Personal Stay.

Eligibility will be validated based on consumed (checked out) stays 21 days after the completed Client Stay Period. Allow 3 to 4 weeks after validation of arrangement for receipt of reward.  There is no substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of rewards allowed. Qualified Participating Sales Advisors may not transfer rewards to any other person, including another sales advisor or Participating Sales Advisor at a Participating Agency. The Program Sponsor reserves the right to substitute rewards.  No other substitution or transfer of rewards is permitted.  The Program Sponsor is responsible only for reward delivery; not responsible for reward utility, quality or otherwise.  In order to receive a reward, Qualified Participating Sales Advisors may be required to provide proof of identification or eligibility.  Any and all taxes on any reward, including income, goods and services and/or sales taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Qualified Participating Sales Advisors.  The Qualified Participating Sales Advisors of the reward will be issued, on request, a 1099 U.S. Tax Form for the retail value of the reward, as applicable.

3. Eligibility: The Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program are open to Participating Sales Advisors who are legal residents of an Eligible Country who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.  The reward shall only be delivered to addresses in those areas.

Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible.  By participating in the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program, each Participating Sales Advisor accepts the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Program Sponsor and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program and has received consent from his/her Participating Agency to participate in the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program, as required.  Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of (a) the Program Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries and (b) owners (“Owners”) of Properties and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and, in each case, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program.  Certain jurisdictions may require Participating Agencies and Participating Sales Advisors to disclose their relationship with the Program Sponsor, including their potential participation in this Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program, to customers purchasing rooms for the Properties during the applicable Booking Period.  Participating Agencies and Participating Sales Advisors are responsible for making such disclosures if required to do so under applicable law in their jurisdiction. PROGRAM IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial and local laws and regulations.

4. Selection of Qualified Participating Sales Advisors:

For each Book and Earn Program, the Qualified Participating Sales Advisors (if any) will earn one (1) Personal Stay. The Program Sponsor reserves the right to audit any individual Participating Sales Advisor’s books and records related to the calculation of the Qualified Reservations, as applicable, to ensure compliance with these Official Rules and prevent false reservations by Participating Sales Advisors. Cancelled and not actualized reservations are removed from the calculation of the Qualified Reservations even if a cancellation fee was charged. 

The Qualified Participating Sales Advisors will be notified by e-mail within 3 to 4 weeks after the applicable Client Stay Period. Where there is a choice of reward, Qualified Participating Sales Advisors must provide their top two (2) choices of participating Properties for their Personal Stay (and they will be permitted to stay at one of those choices, as determined by the Program Sponsor), along with preferences with respect to the travel dates, and any other information that may be requested in the reward notification e-mail to assist Program Sponsor in confirming availability and arranging the Personal Stay. The Program Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify Qualified Participating Sales Advisors. The Qualified Participating Sales Advisors agree to the use of his/her name, address (by reference only to the state, province, county or region), Participating Agency that he/she is associated with, likeness, and/or reward information by Program Sponsor and Owners for promotional purposes in any medium without additional permission or compensation to the extent permitted by law. Where lawful, the Qualified Participating Sales Advisors may be required to sign and return a Publicity Consent and Liability Release.  In connection with the above and in compliance with the provisions of the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, you may find our privacy policy available in the webpage, http://www.fourseasons.com under the "Privacy Policy" section.

5. Conditions: The Program Sponsor, Owners and each of their Relatives (as defined under the Companies Act 2013 of India, as applicable), agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, insurers, servants, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors (the “Released Entities”), are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability arising from or relating to: (a) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete, unintelligible or postage-due entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether human or technical; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or e-mail transmissions; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Program Sponsor; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the reward, or acceptance, possession, or use of the reward (including the Personal Stay), or from participation in the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program. The Program Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Program and/or any Book and Earn Program should any unauthorized human intervention, false reservations or other causes beyond the Program Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Program and/or such Book and Earn Program.  In the event that proper administration of any Book and Earn Program is prevented by such causes as contemplated above, the Program Sponsor will select the Qualified Participating Sales Advisors from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Book and Earn Program prior to such occurrence.  By participating in the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program, Participating Sales Advisors and Qualified Participating Sales Advisors agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Entities, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or relating to the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program, participation in the Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program, the reward, and/or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the reward, including but not limited to statutory and common law claims for misappropriation or Participating Sales Advisor’s right of publicity to the fullest extent permitted by law.  This Program and any applicable Book and Earn Program shall be governed by: (i) New York law for any disputes involving residents of the United States, Brazil or Chile, (ii) the laws of the province of Ontario and all federal Canadian laws applicable therein for any disputes involving residents of Canada, (iii) the laws of England and courts of England and Wales for any disputes involving residents of the United Kingdom, Australia or India, (iv) the laws of Mexico for any disputes involving residents of Mexico; (v) the laws of Switzerland for any disputes involving residents of Switzerland; (vi) the laws of Belgium for any disputes involving residents of Belgium; (vii) the laws of China for any disputes involving residents of China; (viii) the laws of Turkey for any disputes involving residents of Turkey; (x) the laws of Singapore for any disputes involving residents of Singapore; and (xi) the laws of the United Arab Emirates for disputes involving residents of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Notice: The Program Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages against any individual who attempts to deliberately undermine the proper operation of the Program in violation of these Official Rules and/or criminal and/or civil law.
