Were you the mastermind behind a multi-stop journey from Taormina to Cap-Ferrat, or an unforgettable getaway for a beloved pet’s birthday at New York Downtown? We want to hear all about your greatest successes and proudest moments and share them in ILLUME.

Nominate yourself for one of our Special Stay Achievements through a few simple steps:
- First, check your reservation meets the criteria for inclusion in ILLUME as outlined in the Advisor Guide. Note that reservations must have consumed/travelled to be eligible.
- Next, check your reservation meets the criteria for the Special Achievement as outlined below and in the Achievements section of the Advisor Guide.
- Then, submit your stay through the ILLUME support request form:
- Select “My Achievements” under Request Type.
- Enter the Achievement name in the Subject Line.
- Enter the confirmation number(s) and property in Additional Information.
- Click Submit. Our ILLUME team will be in touch soon to confirm your Achievement.
Multi-Generational Stay: Awarded for an incredible multi-generational family trip. 
Multi-Room Stay: Awarded for a complex stay involving multiple adjoining guestrooms. 
Experience Weaver: Awarded for a complex stay involving multiple Four Seasons properties. 
Pet Experience: Awarded for a special travel experience with pets.
