Opening as The Inn on the Park in 1970, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane was not just another luxury hotel – it was the prototype for what luxury hospitality would become. Isadore Sharp, Four Seasons Founder and Chairman, had a vision focused on comfort and personalized service, offering guests a home-like experience that was unlike anything else at the time. The Hotel introduced pioneering features such as bathrobes in every room, 24-hour room service and the concept of intuitive service rooted in the Golden Rule.
