Celebrate Christmas Eve with our exclusive Italian-inspired specials. Savour Persimmon with burrata and basil, or Tuna Porterhouse carpaccio with a touch of saba. Indulge in scallops over corn custard, enriched with saffron and Iberico ham, or try the squid Ink spaghetti with sea urchin and breadcrumbs. We’re excited to welcome guests and locals back for our annual Christmas Day Brunch. Celebrate with a bountiful buffet as well as Christmas activities including an appearance from Santa, snow on the front drive and plenty of family photo opportunities. New Year’s Eve Dinner
Ring in the new year with a luxurious five-course prix fixe menu. Begin with a potato tartlet with crème fraîche and caviar, followed by a primi of roasted beets and burrata, scallop crudo or tuna steak crudo. Next, choose between cavatelli with Manila clams and smoked trout roe, or butternut squash raviolo with winter black truffle. For the main course, savour wagyu strip-loin, halibut, chicken roulade or cone cabbage. End the night with red berry panna cotta and chocolate semifreddo. First seating USD 198 + tax, includes a glass of champagne. Second seating USD 220 + tax, includes a glass of champagne and access to Veil & Velvet’s Great Gatsby–themed party.
