She oversees our Hotel’s expansive wellness offerings, including a 3,700-square-foot (343.7-square-metre) Spa, wellness rooms, and an al fresco Fitness Centre. Her vision is to provide guests with a peaceful, rejuvenating environment to enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Vivian is passionate about wellness and retail and is constantly seeking ways to elevate the guest experience. Outside of work, she leads an active lifestyle with her bodybuilder husband, enjoying fitness activities and spending time outdoors with their dogs.

Widely known as The Footnanny, Gloria brings more than 30 years of expertise as a licensed nail technician to her transformative foot care services. Certified in reflexology, pranic healing and Thai stretch, she expertly blends ancestral wisdom with modern techniques to deliver tailored healing treatments. Through her innovative approach, she seamlessly combines traditional wellness practices with advanced methodologies, offering clients holistic foot rejuvenation.

Tamara, a licensed acupuncturist with more than 20 years of experience, is a trailblazer in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Holding a doctorate degree in acupuncture and a master’s degree in Chinese medicine, she is renowned for her expertise in fertility care, pain management and holistic wellness. Founder of Fertile Moon, Tamara delivers personalized treatments in a serene setting, blending innovative techniques with compassionate care to help clients achieve balance, better health and successful pregnancies.
