The nearby marina and beach are undergoing significant enhancement projects until November 15, 2022. The projects will occur as follows:   

Beach Dredging: This project will be seen and heard throughout the Resort 24 hours per day, 7 days per week until October 27, 2022. During this time, please expect to see and hear tractors, trucks and beach dredging equipment on the beach.  

Marina Jetty Enhancement: This project will be seen and heard throughout the Resort every Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm until November 15, 2022. During this time, please expect to see and hear tractors and trucks on the marina jetty.  

Marina Access: The marina will be closed for in and out access until November 15, 2022.
