- WELCOMING RITUAL
- Some of our 90 min+ treatments begin with an energy cleansing in a salt bath for your feet, which are the connection point with mother earth. Different salts and essential oils will be offered by your therapist for your experience and you will be able to balance your energy through a Tibetan singing bowl.
- CANCELLATIONS
- We kindly ask that cancellations and appointment changes be made 12 hours prior to your scheduled service(s) to avoid being charged 60% of your treatment. For group bookings, our cancellations’ notice is of 24 hours prior to the scheduled service(s).
- CHANGING ROOMS
- For your comfort, dressing rooms, lockers, amenities areas and showers are at your disposal, in separate exclusive areas for both ladies and gentlemen with gowns, sandals and all the necessary accessories so that you only dedicate yourself to enjoy your stay in our incredible Oasis Spa.
- CHECK-IN AND LATE ARRIVALS
- It is recommended to arrive at the spa at least 60 minutes before the start time of your appointment and enjoy the benefits that our facilities offer, or 15 minutes before to make your spa registration. Please note that your late arrival will determine the duration of your treatment. Your service will end in time so that the next guest is not delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
- DRESS CODE - SWIMSUIT POLICY
- For the sake of comfort, we kindly request the use of bathing suites will using the wet areas. Our whirlpools, steam room and saunas are not gender mixed. Disposable underwear is at your disposal for treatments. If you forget your swimsuit, please note that swimwear is available for purchase at the Spa reception.
- FACILITIES
- Enjoy our relaxing wet areas, that includes a sauna, a steam room, two hydrotherapy whirlpools, as well as two individual cold plunge pools. Separate men’s and women’s facilities are open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and free for all guests, with or without Spa appointments. * To preserve our distinctive relaxing atmosphere, space is limited and minors and large groups of people are not accepted. We invite you to check availability with our receptionists.
- GRATUITIES
- For your convenience, a 18% Service Charge/Administrative Fee is added to all treatments. Please feel free to add an additional gratuity based on your Spa experience or on the service you experienced.
- HEALTH
- We thank you for sharing any useful information about your health, allergies or injuries at the time of your check-in. A consultation form must be completed prior to any treatment. This procedure is mandatory in order to provide you with a service tailored to your needs. We recommend that you check with your doctor to confirm that it is safe for you to use the sauna and the steam room before your treatment. Heat is not recommended for people with hypertension, circulatory problems, asthma or breathing difficulties and pregnancy.
- IN-ROOM SERVICES
- Be pampered in the comfort of your room with a massage. A 2,409 MXN fee will be applied + price of massage.
- MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
- To receive Spa treatments: up to 16 years old. Younger children must be accompanied by a parent, or a tutor in the treatment room to receive a Spa treatment. We will ask you as well to sign a waiver at check-in. To use our facilities, as well as the couples’ rooms plunge pools: up to 16 years old. To use the fitness center: up to 16 years old.
- PREGNANCY
- We offer specific treatments for expectant mothers. Our Spa receptionists can guide you in choosing the best care for this special moment in life. Treatments can be booked from the second trimester of pregnancy. For the safety of you and your baby, the only treatment we can perform for women in their first trimester is facials. Body wraps and body scrubs are not available in any trimester.
- RESERVATIONS
- We strongly advise you to book your treatment at least one day in advance to ensure that the desired time slot and services are available. - SPA BOUTIQUE
- To extend your Oasis Spa experience, a boutique area is at your disposal at the Spa reception desk, where you’ll find the products used during and after your ritual, as well as a wide selection of swimsuits, clothes, jewels, and accessories.
- UNPLUG
- To preserve the relaxing environment of The Spa, we kindly request that you “unplug” during your visit by silencing all mobile phones and storing your devices. The relaxation areas and treatment rooms are considered quiet areas.
Kindly be advised that prices are subject to change based on holidays and seasonal variations without prior notice.
All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos and are subject to Mexican Taxes (16%) and a charge of 18% (15% Service Charge and 3% Administrative Fees). Prices in Dollars will depend on the exchange rate of the day. We require 12 hours’ notice for cancellations in order to avoid a 60% charge of your reservation due to our cancellation policy.
