HEALTH CONDITIONS & ALLERGIES
Kindly inform us of any special needs that require additional attention. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation. If you are pregnant, you must be in the second or third trimester to receive spa service. Certain treatments may not be recommended during pregnancy. Alcohol is not recommended before, during, or immediately following spa treatments. We recommend that you do not sunbathe after any massage, body treatment or depilatory waxing for at least six hours
VALUABLES
Please do not bring valuables to the spa. The spa and hotel are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Before leaving for the day, please check that you have not left any personal items behind in your locker or in the spa facilities.
CANCELLATION
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Guests will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for any treatments cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
ATTIRE
You will be provided with bathrobe and slippers once you arrive to the spa, but you may also choose to change in your room before arrival. We will provide you with spa underwear suitable for your treatment. Our therapists are trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy is respected.
SPA ETIQUETTE
The spa is a cellphone-free zone. To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, we require that cell phones and electronic devices are turned to silent and used discreetly during your visit. Photographs, videos or other social media recordings showing spa visitors and guests using the facilities, are not permitted, so as to ensure the privacy of all guests. Kindly note that WIFI services are not available in the Spa premises.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
Our family treatments are adapted to a child’s needs. For any private (one on one) treatments with children below 14 years, we require that the parent or guardian is present in the room at the time of service. You can either schedule choose any of our family treatments to enjoy the service simultaneously or quietly observe the treatment. Access to the Wet area is permitted only for children aged 12 or older and must be accompanied by an adult.
