Chef Kiyokuni Ikeda
Chef Kiyokuni “Kiyo” Ikeda’s menu draws inspiration from his Japanese heritage and extensive experience in prestigious U.S. sushi establishments. A graduate of Japan’s traditional culinary arts and alumnus of Morimoto, he artfully blends Hawaiian ingredients with Japanese techniques at Four Seasons Resort Maui’s Komo.
