Executive Pastry ChefExecutive Pastry Chef Eddy Dhenin brings global expertise and artistry to Mara Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis. Born and trained in France, Chef Eddy’s passion for pastry was inspired by childhood cooking sessions with his father and further refined through leadership roles at Four Seasons hotels and resorts across Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. Now leading the pastry program in Minneapolis – his first assignment in the United States – Chef Eddy crafts sophisticated desserts and delicate pastries that blend international flair with his heartfelt approach to hospitality.
