A graduate at the top of his culinary class, Thony honed his skills alongside acclaimed chefs in Chicago before returning home to the Twin Cities, where he made his mark working closely with Chef Gavin Kaysen at Spoon and Stable, Bellecour, and Demi. Now leading Mara’s kitchen, Thony blends precise technique with genuine warmth, creating memorable dining experiences rooted in his multicultural journey.

Executive Pastry Chef Eddy Dhenin brings global expertise and artistry to Mara Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis. Born and trained in France, Chef Eddy’s passion for pastry was inspired by childhood cooking sessions with his father and further refined through leadership roles at Four Seasons hotels and resorts across Europe, Asia and the Caribbean. Now leading the pastry program in Minneapolis – his first assignment in the United States – Chef Eddy crafts sophisticated desserts and delicate pastries that blend international flair with his heartfelt approach to hospitality.
