NIWA by Laurent-Perrier
NIWA, named after the Japanese word for “garden,” is a seasonal pop-up celebrating Nikkei cuisine – a bold blend of Japanese technique and Peruvian flavour. In collaboration with Champagne Laurent-Perrier, the experience pairs small plates such as Tuna Poke Tostada, Miso Cod and Wagyu Tataki with three cuvées: Blanc de Blancs, Cuvée Rosé,and Grand Siècle No. 26 – all set in a garden-style space with vineyard views and live music on select nights.
