Guests must be 6 years or older to participate.
Guests must be at least 48 inches (122 cm) tall to participate.
The price includes shuttle service to and from the Resort.
Our Concierge will provide the hot-air balloon company with your contact information; they will be in touch with you directly about pick-up time closer to the day of the experience.
Gratuities are not included.
Casual clothing (preferably in layers to adjust to the warming temperatures as the morning progresses)

We require 48-hours' notice for cancellation or schedule changes for the shared adventure experience. No-shows, late arrivals or passenger cancellation within 48 hours of the flight check-in time will be charged the full fare of the balloon ride to the credit card provided.
For exclusive balloon reservations, we require a 10-day notice for cancellation, schedule changes or any decrease in passenger count. No-shows, late arrivals or passenger cancellation within 10 days of the reservation date will be charged the full fare of the balloon ride to the credit card provided.
