The session consists of the following: 10-minute warm-up; 15 minutes of Rhythm Exercises – ABCs of a run; 15 minutes of Coordination Exercises – Cone routes, steps, A to B routes; 15 minutes of Explosive Exercises – Sprints with and without weighted vests and parachutes; 5-minute cool down.
