This holiday season, Chandelier Bar debuts its inaugural Spirited Afternoon Tea, a lively and boozy twist on the traditional holiday afternoon tea experience. Indulge in festive teas and cocktails, paired with light bites and complemented by live entertainment to keep the excitement flowing.
Thanksgiving at Miss River
Chef Alon Shaya brings a playful interpretation to the traditional Thanksgiving feast at Miss River with a whole buttermilk-fried chicken that is brined for 16 hours before being battered, breaded and deep-fried. Sides include oyster dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. In addition to the traditional Thanksgiving dinner, Miss River’s full menu of Louisiana specialties will also be available.
Thanksgiving at Chemin a la Mer
The traditional Southern menu at Chemin à la Mer highlights partner Chef Donald Link’s favourite Thanksgiving dishes he serves at his own family table. The three-course tasting menu begins with a savoury turkey and andouille sausage gumbo and is followed by a boudin-stuffed turkey roulade served alongside mashed potatoes with gravy, greens beans, cornbread dressing and cranberry sauce. New Year's Eve at Chemin à la Mer
