Sustainable Cocktails at Bar Bota
With a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability, Bar Manager Andrei Marcu crafts bespoke cocktails using locally sourced ingredients and environmentally mindful practices for a sophisticated and eco-conscious experience. Rice Ball Making for Kids at Jardin
This experience helps children connect the past and future through the tradition of rice. They’ll begin with a tour of our Hotel to learn about the history of rice and its connection to the Dojima district. Next, they’ll participate in a hands-on rice ball–making session at the Sky Salon before concluding at Jardin, where they can share the rice balls they’ve made with their families. Experience and beverage set: JPY 3,500 per child; set dinner for adults: JPY: 5,000 per adult. Experience capacity: 8 children (up to age 12).
