Rules for treatments: Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your treatment, please inform us at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. In-room treatments are available upon request. They carry an additional charge of 50% per treatment. We kindly recommend that you arrive 1 hour prior to your appointment in order to enjoy our facilities, including our vitality pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation lounge.
