Hideki Maeda
Executive ChefWith over three decades of culinary expertise spanning Japan, Europe and Singapore, Executive Chef Hideki Maeda has stood as a distinguished member of the Nobu family since 2001. A protégé of Nobu Matsuhisa himself, Chef Maeda has played a significant role in the opening of numerous Nobu restaurants, leading the kitchens at London’s Nobu Berkeley Street and Nobu Cape Town, before being appointed Head Chef of Nobu London in 2012.
