: Children ages 12 or under can order from the children's menu.
There is an additional USD 25 fee for the children's menu.
There is a 20% gratuity, 3% booking fee and 11.179% tax.
: Notification of cancellation five business days or less prior to scheduled event will result in charge of 50% of the contracted per person price/food and beverage minimum.
