Nicolas Rouzaud

Pastry Chef
Nicolas Rouzaud is one of the most fêted Master Pâtissiers in Europe. He realized early on his love for baking and pâtisserie and joined the Compagnons du Devoir, working with some of the best bakers and pâtissiers throughout the country. His knowledge was further enhanced under the guidance and mentorship of three-Michelin-starred Chef Eric Frechon and his Executive Pastry Chef, the great late Laurent Jeannin at Le Bristol in Paris, where he developed a deep understanding of luxury gastronomy. In 2020, he opened The Connaught Patisserie in London, which gave him the rare opportunity to express his creativity in a five-star setting. In 2025, he launches his own brand Nicolas Rouzaud Maison de Haute Pâtisserie, bringing his innovation and craftsmanship to new heights.
