Crystal Ruby shines with strawberry-infused gin, while Strawberry Times blends strawberry-washed bourbon, Campari and thyme-infused sweet vermouth for a rich, layered experience. Red Bubbly evokes the essence of a vibrant strawberry garden with strawberry purée and vodka. JPY 3,000.

    Valentine’s Day Cocktails

    Presented in a heart-shaped bottle, the Bittamer Chocolat – a blend of gin, cacao brown liqueur and Campari – is poured tableside by our bartender. For something sweeter, order the Red Alexander, a strawberry cocktail infused with brandy and white cacao liqueur, reminiscent of a single blooming flower. JPY 3,000.
