- Exclusively for in-house guests and private residents, our new personal training service with Certified Personal Trainer Kathy Kim combines physical activity, nutrition, and mental well-being to create sustainable lifestyle changes. Kim is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)–certified personal trainer with a diploma in massage therapy from Pharma Medical Science College of Canada. As member of the team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto since 2012, she aspires to assist guests in achieving their health and well-being goals. Initial sessions also include a 15-minute consultation.
Personal training, Pilates and private yoga classes are available upon request exclusively for in-house guests and private residents. All classes can be private or small group.
