- The Hotel offers valet parking for spa guests for USD 20 per vehicle.
- ARRIVAL AND ETIQUETTE
- Relax and take advantage of world-class spa facilities for the entire day of your spa treatments. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to help familiarize you with the facilities and allows you to relax before your experiences begin. Please note all treatments end on time, regardless of start time. Please leave jewellery and other valuables in your locker or the hotel safe.
- COURTESIES
- To preserve the tranquillity of our facilities, mobile phones are not allowed in the Spa.
- CANCELLATIONS
- If you must reschedule or cancel any spa appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the service. Missed appointments without proper notice will be charged a full value.
- ATTIRE
- You will receive a robe and sandals to wear between treatments, and a locker for your personal belongings. Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy; however, for your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments.
- PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
- To confirm all spa reservations, we require a valid credit card number along with a 50% deposit of the treatment cost. For your convenience, payment for spa services is settled at the conclusion of your treatment. A physical credit card or mobile device is required for final checkout to either manually insert or tap for payment. Please note that a credit card cannot be authorized for payment without the cardholder present. Room signing privileges are available.
- If you are purchasing a treatment as a gift for another individual and will not be present at final checkout, a Four Seasons Gift Card* is required.
- Pregnancy & Treatments
- While prenatal massage may be available, the Spa cannot offer standard massage, body wrapping, deep tissue massage, abdominal massage, foot massage, reflexology, aromatherapy or treatments involving essential oils to our pregnant clients during their first trimester. Body treatments unavailable for pregnant guests.
- AGE
- Young adults must be 18 years of age in order to receive a facial without parental consent. Children 12 to 18 may receive a facial if a parental consent form is signed. Young adults must be 18 years of age to receive a massage. Children 16 to 17 may receive a massage if a minor consent waiver is signed. Children 12 to 16 may only receive a massage if a minor consent waiver has been filed. Young adults must be 18 years of age in order to receive a body treatment.
- FACILITIES
- The facilities can be utilized before or after treatments. Both female and male locker rooms have a steam room and sauna. Spa patrons must bring a swimsuit to enjoy the spa tub available on the Pool Level of the Fitness Club, however, the Pool is reserved exclusively for overnight hotel guests and FSDC Fitness Club members.
